All of our meals are free of gluten, dairy, soy, corn, eggs, legumes, preservatives, GMOs, artificial sweeteners, and natural sweeteners (e.g. honey & maple syrup).
We also have Low FODMAP and AIP (Auto Immune Protocol) Friendly meals in the Eat What You Love collection. All ingredients including spice blends adhere to these two diets.
However please note, we do not list specific spice blend ingredients for meat and vegetables. If you have a severe or life threatening allergy, we would suggest that you maintain control over your own meals by cooking from scratch at home vs buying meals.
